Match Report : The Antiseptic Cooling The United

The Antiseptic started with a new strategy, keeping all the young players on the starting 11, leaving the other experience player as substitute. But it is a nervy start for the team, as Cool United push forward and pressure the team. Sloppy passing and the pitch condition making it worse for the Antiseptic to play their usual free movement.

But a deadly pass by Luqman has found Sharvin on the right side of the penalty box and the opponent goalkeeper have no choice to foul Sharvin. Both player fall to the ground but it seems the opponent goalkeeper having a hit. Unluckily, he twisted his ankle and the match stalled for a few minutes. The opponent made their 1st sub replacing the keeper and Faique made no mistake by buried the ball into the goal for a much needed lead for the Antiseptic.

Tandi,Syam and Shahrome also miss their chance, after both tries been save by the emergency goalkeeper. The game continue but until half time it is still 1-0.

After 10 minutes of the 2nd half, A nice pass by Tandi allowed Shahrome to shoot just by the side netting, but then Syam made no mistake. He buried a nice header after a perfect cross by Tandi to make it 2-0. Out go Tandi, and In coming Ammir, playing in his odd position. Ammir made his 1st touch and alerted the defenders by playing a nice 1-2 passing with Sharvin after a through pass by Syam but he shoot wide from the goalkeeper. Then The Antiseptic made and triple substitution with Anis replacing Faique and Ah Keat replacing Syahir, and Apa replacing Sharvin.

Anis make a beautiful cross after a pass by Apa and unguarded, Man of the match Syam scored his 2nd goal with is body. Then a fast counter attack by Ah Keat and Syam and Ammir could make it 4-0 but his effort is save by the goalkeeper after a brilliant pass by Syam. Later, Luqman had his own counter attack but a miscommunication between him, Ammir and Shahrome resulting the ball go no where.

Final whistle, and the Antiseptic cruised to victory scoring 3-0 and winning the loser pool group. Thanks to the teamwork and a team effort, the win their 2nd final match. It is going to be a motivation for them to defend their championship next season and they know it is going to be very tough indeed.
